5. Contact Forms and User Submissions
When you submit information through a contact or inquiry form on this Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and fulfill your requests, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Submitting a form or providing a phone number does not, by itself, enroll you in text messaging or marketing communications. You may separately choose to receive service text messages, marketing text messages, or email marketing where these options are offered. Consent to one type of communication does not constitute consent to another.
6. Email Marketing
We are transitioning our email marketing and customer relationship management to Modern Merchant Hub. When you opt in to receive marketing emails from us, we use your contact information and communication preferences to manage our mailing list and send email communications through our email service providers. Those providers process information on our behalf to deliver these services. Email marketing consent is separate from SMS consent.
You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email communication or by contacting us at office@carolinaoutdoorlighting.com.
6A. SMS Text Messaging Terms
Carolina Outdoor Lighting, LLC offers optional text messaging for service communications and marketing. By selecting the applicable SMS consent checkbox on our forms or otherwise providing express consent, you agree to receive the type of messages you selected at the mobile number you provided.
Service Messages
If you opt in to service text messages, Carolina Outdoor Lighting, LLC may send you messages about your inquiries, requested estimates, appointment scheduling and reminders, installation or service updates, and customer support. These messages may be sent using automated technology. Service messaging consent does not enroll you in marketing text messages.
Marketing Messages
If you separately opt in to marketing text messages, Carolina Outdoor Lighting, LLC may send you recurring promotional messages about outdoor lighting services, special offers, and seasonal promotions, including messages sent using automated technology. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the messaging options you select. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider for information about your messaging plan.
Opting Out
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. You may receive one final message confirming your opt out. After that confirmation, we will not send additional text messages from that messaging program unless you provide new consent. To join again, sign up using the applicable SMS consent option. You may also email office@carolinaoutdoorlighting.com to request that we stop sending text messages.
Help and Support
Reply HELP to a text message for assistance, or email office@carolinaoutdoorlighting.com.
